Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Technician to perform wafer testing on wafer testing platforms and die testing on die testing platforms according to production schedules and procedures.

You will carry out die sorting and maintain 6S standards in the fab area, ensuring a clean, safe, organized and efficient working environment. Applicants should have Min. GCE O'Level or Nitec; entry-level welcome with training provided.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE 'O' Level, Nitec or an equivalent qualification.
• With relevant experience in engineering/semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Entry Level welcome; Training will be provided!!!

• Perform wafer testing on wafer testing platforms according to production schedules and procedures.
• Conduct die testing on designated die testing platforms to meet production requirements and schedules.
• Carry out die sorting activities using sorting platforms in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain and uphold 6S standards within the Fab area to ensure a clean, safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and quality guidelines during production activities.
