Job summary

Job Expert Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operator to join our wafer fabrication team in Yishun. The role involves performing wafer, die testing, and sorting on various platforms, with 6S standards upheld in the fab.

The position offers a rotating 4-3-3-4 shift pattern and a salary package up to S$2,800 plus meal allowance and AWS. Prior fab experience and basic English literacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Levels.
• Prior working experience within Fab environment preferred.
• Able to read and write in English to understand equipment labels and common terms used in clean room.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
• Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.

Salary Package: Basic up to $2800 + Allowance (day shift $15/night shift $30)

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
• Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.
