Job summary

I-LINK MANPOWER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Fab technician to perform wafer and die testing, plus sorting, while maintaining 6S standards in a Singapore Fab environment.

The role requires basic education, English proficiency, and familiarity with Windows/Office tools, with rotating shift patterns and competitive allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Levels.
• Prior working experience within Fab environment preferred (6-inch/8-inch Fab).
• Able to read and write in English to understand equipment labels and common terms used in clean room.
• Proficient in using Windows operating system and Office software.

• Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.

• Morning shift ($15/day) + Lunch Provided
• Night shift ($30/day)

Working Hours
