Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Testing & Quality Assistant (Technical Operator) to support the fab production line in Singapore. You will test and maintain machinery, follow procedures, and help ensure product quality and process stability.

The role offers shift-based work in Yishun or Boon Lay, with training before assignment and benefits such as AWS, variable bonus, company trips, and meal allowance. Open to Singaporeans; no experience required, just a hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• No experience required; interest in production.
• Experience in fab/manufacturing/warehouse is a plus.
• Cleanroom experience welcome.
• Hands-on, team player with a growth mindset and eager to learn.
• Must adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance is a must.
• Open to Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated production equipment.
• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing per schedule.
• Follow protocols to ensure quality control, equipment reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous process improvement.
• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.
• Maintain cleanroom practices and 6S standards within the Fab environment.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.

• Training will be over : Yishun for 3 mths before allocate to shift duty 8.30 - 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated production equipment.

• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing operations according to production schedule.

• Follow established protocols and work instructions to ensure quality control, equipment reliability, and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide feedback, and support continuous process improvement.

• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.

• Maintain workplace safety, adhere to cleanroom practices, and uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.

• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.
