Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) in Singapore is seeking personnel to operate diverse wafer fabrication equipment and lead daily production activities, including wafer handling and setup. You will manage test wafers, monitor equipment capacity, and uphold strict safety and housekeeping standards in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts and a proactive approach to identifying hazards and solutions with Manufacturing Ops teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing is advantageous.
• Willing to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.

• To provide high quality wafers by operating a variety of equipment
• Responsible for the daily production activities such as wafers handling and operating perform machine setups
• Perform test wafer management tasks
• Understand and monitor capacity / target of equipment being operated
