Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
Effective stakeholder and vendor management with clear communication.
High attention to detail and organizational skills for sensitive commercial matters.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day DA operations, managing vendor and contract performance.
Coordinate training logistics, governance, compliance, and stakeholder partnerships.
Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and risk management for DA programmes.
Prepare presentations and reports with data analysis and project tracking.
Identify audit/governance risks and manage escalation and resolution.
