Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty is seeking an Operations Training Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end training for Store Operations, aligning with brand guides and the Singapore Retail Skills Framework. You will work with senior leaders to build frontline capability, improve customer experience and drive store performance through practical, scalable learning solutions.

The role covers strategy, content development, delivery and governance, with a focus on coaching store trainers and ensuring material

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in learning and development, training strategy, planning and delivery in a retail or customer-facing setting.
Experience designing training content, facilitating sessions and rolling out training programs.
Strong understanding of retail operations, compliance and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual training strategy and calendar for Store Operations.
Identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning plans.
Design and refresh training materials, guides and resources across platforms.
Plan and deliver core training programmes for new hires, store trainers and leaders.
Coach trainers and managers to sustain learning application on the job.
Collaborate with Head of Operations and Stakeholders to support readiness for audits and brand checks.
