Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in coordinating new outlet setup and renovation and outlet maintenance activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to address outlet maintenance needs and equipment issues.
• Train and assist in conducting outlet audits, focusing on housekeeping and SOP standards.
• Address and resolve non-conformance issues identified during audits with Operations Manager.
• Assist in managing emails and customer feedback, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure timely resolution.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and Director.
