Job summary

Stuff'd Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking an Operational Support Associate to keep outlets running with an emphasis on equipment uptime. You will handle POS/tech support, facility upkeep, new outlet fit-outs, and food safety compliance to ensure outlets stay open and orders flow smoothly.

The role involves become the go-to person for equipment breakdowns, coordinating with vendors, and supporting audits and operational improvements across multiple outlets in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, facilities, or equipment maintenance support (F&B/retail multi-outlet preferred).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to lift/move equipment or do minor repairs.
• Willingness to travel between outlets with flexibility during breakdowns or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• First responder for equipment breakdowns and dispatch technicians when needed.
• Run preventive maintenance to minimize downtime per outlet.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and track equipment lifecycle and warranties.
• Manage equipment service vendors/technicians on cost, quality and response time.
• Train outlet staff on daily equipment checks and basic care.
• Troubleshoot POS, KDS, payment terminals; coordinate IT/facilities fit-outs.
