Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1 year experience in F&B or Hospitality Industry.
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Six days work per week.
• Physically fit to stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of an outlet and communicate with Area Manager.
• Adhere to standards and service levels to increase sales and minimise costs.
• Ensure daily sale collections are securely banked and admin duties are completed accurately.
• Enforce sanitary practices and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure high quality of food preparation and service.
• Supervise portion control and minimize waste.
• Estimate food needs and coordinate with Central Procurement for orders and delivery.
• Respond to customer complaints and take corrective actions.
• Ensure security procedures to protect staff and assets.
• Schedule and plan daily operations; conduct recruitment and orientation.
• Develop employees with ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
