Job summary

Procter & Gamble I'ntl Operations SA Singapore Branch in Singapore invites applications for a technician role. The position covers three responsibilities: Operator for a specific area, Equipment Owner for particular equipment, and System Ownership for the team/line.

You will support batch making, packing, and safety/quality adherence on-site in Tuas area. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good collaboration across diverse teams, and solid English communication both

• Develop equipment standards (e.g., safety map, loss map, lubrication map).
• Develop operations standards and improvements (e.g., Job Aids, SOPs, OPLs, Kaizens).
• Execute equipment-related loss elimination projects.
• Own up to two systems of the site.
