Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore Pioneer Plant is hiring Plant Technicians to cover three roles: Area position, Equipment Owner, and System Ownership for the site. Responsibilities include executing batch making and packing to plan, owning equipment standards, and driving system-related improvements. Fluency in English and teamwork are essential; Tuas area work is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the batch making and packing process according to production plan for the day.
• Execute the job assignment allocated by the team leader.
• Upkeep the safety and quality standard in the plant.
• Maintain equipment in base condition.
• Develop equipment standard (e.g., safety map, loss map, lubrication map).
• Develop operations standard and improvement (e.g., Job Aid, SOPs, OPLs, Kaizens).
• Execute equipment related loss elimination projects.
• Own up to two systems of the site.
