Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Production Operator to support our manufacturing line in Tuas.

You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform hands-on assembly tasks, and help maintain safety and quality standards. This full-time role requires basic technical education and a willingness to learn; on-the-job training and career development opportunities are provided, along with competitive salary and overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or relevant technical qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment per work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform assembly, production and basic machine handling tasks while ensuring quality.
• Conduct basic equipment checks, material handling and production documentation; report abnormalities.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform assembly, production and basic machine handling tasks while ensuring products meet required quality standards.
• Conduct basic equipment checks, material handling and production documentation, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or relevant technical qualification.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation or a technical environment will be an advantage.
• Able to follow work instructions, safety procedures and production processes accurately.
• Comfortable performing hands-on production and machine-related duties.
• Willing to work in Tuas and support overtime or assigned work schedules when required.
