Your Role

Your role is Operations Technician, formerly known as Marine Autonomy Technician. You will have frequent interactions with operations and clients, reporting directly to the Operations Lead. You should be meticulous, hardworking, and comfortable working in operational sites (nearshore and offshore), sea trials, and standard office environments. Willingness to travel for deployments on vessels and offshore platforms is essential.

Job Scope

Operate HAUVs for inspecting customers’ underwater infrastructure with advanced robotic intelligence, moving beyond manual pilot skills
Operate the system as a HAUV rather than just a ROV
Contribute to the development of concepts for Autonomous Marine operations
Prepare field equipment before and after deployments
Assist Engineering in troubleshooting and resolving on-site and off-site issues
Support electrical and mechanical integration and assembly of parts
Participate in rigorous testing for environmental conditions such as pressure, vibration, EMC-EMI, thermal, and corrosion
Assist with logistics, including updating administrative documents and handling parts delivery
