Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent school operations assistant to manage gate duties, student safety during morning and after-school periods, and to keep the workspace and equipment clean.

You will support school events by transporting and arranging furniture and equipment, and undertake other admin and operational tasks as assigned by the Principal and the administration team. The one-year contract runs 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with a possible extension.

Qualifications

• Complete primary school education.
• Physically fit.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of gates; ensuring students’ safety during early mornings and after school.
• Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace.
• Providing logistical support for school events, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment.
• Performing any other administrative/operational duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Managers.

Contract Period: From From 1 January 2027 to 31 December2027.

Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority theoption to extend the Contract for a further period of one (1) year from 1January 2028 to 31 December 2028

Workinghours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break


• Fridays: 6.00am to 2.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break


• Staff may be required to work on other shifts, when needed to support school’s operations
