Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. requires an Operations Support Officer to provide cleaning services and logistics support for school events. duties include securing facilities, supervising contractors, stocking supplies, and performing admin tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

The role entails assisting with traffic marshalling, decorating for festivals, reporting faults, and handling additional operational duties during the contract period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services
• Logistics support for school events (move/arrange tables and chairs)
• Close and secure school facilities
• Escort and supervise contractors on site
• Check stock of cleaning and toilet supplies; report for replenishment
• Administrative tasks: receiving/inspecting goods and compiling delivery orders
• Assist traffic marshalling during peak hours
• Put up decorations for major festivals
• Report building faults to Operations Manager
• Any other operational support duties as assigned

Job description

Operations Support Officer

The Services required are set out as follows:

1) Provide cleaning services;

2) Provide logistics support forschool events e.g. moving and arranging tables and chairs etc;

3) Closing of school and keep schoolfacilities safe andsecure;

4) Escort and supervise the Authority’s appointed term contractors who are carrying out facilities managementservices in school;

5)Check on the existing stock ofcleaning supplies and toilet supplies and feedback to Operations Manager forreplenishment of stock;

6)Carry out administrative roles(such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compiliation ofdelivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;

7)Assist on traffic marshallingwithin the school compound during peak hours;

8)Put up decorative items todecorate the school for major festivals;

9)Report building faults toOperations Manager;

10) Any other operationalsupport services duties as assigned by the Authority.

Qualification

1) The Personnel shall minimally have at least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent.

Skill

1) The Personnel must know how to use WhatsApp messaging application or equivalent to take photos for reporting of building faults to inform the Operations Manager.

2) The Personnel must be physically able to provide logistics support for school events.

Experience

1) The Personnel should preferably have experience in working in cleaning jobs.

2) The Personnel should preferably have experience in working in customer-service related jobs.

Contract Period

From 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondaysto Thursdays: 10.00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
• Fridays: 10:30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

If required to work beyond these hours or days, the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu
