Job summary

PVH is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to establish the site’s end-to-end spare parts management system and oversee every step from receiving to disposal. You will lead warehouse setup, define storage, and implement traceability and GMP-aligned processes in a GMP-enabled pharmaceutical environment.

The role requires building Maximo spare parts master data, linking parts to assets, and maintaining safety stock and replenishment parameters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Management related majors.
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience with GMP, FDA cGMP or EU GMP audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the site’s spare parts warehouse setup and organization.
• Build and maintain the spare parts master data in Maximo and link parts to equipment assets.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment with Procurement teams and generate KPI reports.

Job Summary

The Operations Support Engineer is responsible for establishing and managing the site’s end-to-end spare parts management system from the ground up.

Responsibilities

1. Spare Parts Warehouse Establishment
   • Lead the setup and organization of the site’s spare parts warehouse.
   • Develop warehouse layout, storage locations, labeling systems, and material flow processes.
   • Define spare parts storage requirements based on equipment criticality and GMP expectations.
   • Establish spare parts receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, return, and disposal procedures.
   • Implement inventory identification and tracking systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
2. Maximo Spare Parts System Development
   • Build and maintain the spare parts master data in Maximo.
   • Ensure all spare parts are accurately linked to equipment assets.
   • Establish and maintain spare parts link to PM JP.
   • Define and maintain safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment parameters.
3. Spare Parts Warehouse Daily Operations
   • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control activities.
   • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
   • Coordinate spare parts procurement and replenishment activities with Procurement teams.
   • Generate inventory and KPI reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Management related majors is preferred.
• 2 years or above of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Experience in GMP certification, FDA cGMP or EU GMP certification audit is preferred.
• A team player with good logical thinking ability and communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Contract Period

12 months, subject to renewal. Based in Tuas.
