Job summary

A local food industry company in Singapore seeks an operations support candidate. Duties include generating invoices, packing orders, and providing customer service. Ideal applicants will have 1-2 years of invoicing experience, be bilingual, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role is to support the operations team. The job enables the candidate to work in a multi-national work environment that is interesting and never boring.

  • We are looking for candidates that can start work immediately.
Job Scope
  • Daily operations. Generates invoices / DO / PO /CN and process orders received, including filing and data entry.
  • Packs orders for online sales.
  • Be involved in inventory / stock take / goods returns / AR.
  • Practice good customer service to attend to incoming calls and messages (Whats App / Social Media). Make courtesy calls to customers.
  • Perform general operations and administration functions and other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time.
Requirements
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
  • 1-2 years relevant experiences, taking up the role of invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and must be Bilingual
  • Well versed in arranging routes for driver.
  • Polite and friendly personality is a must.
  • Fast learner, accurate, committed, positive mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Include your knowledge of languages in resume.
  • Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.
