• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, records, and documentation for management review.
• Verify orders, deliveries, and inventory records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues, escalating significant matters to management for action.
• Enforce compliance with company procedures, workplace safety standards, and operational policies.
• Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
• Support management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality.
• Execute additional supervisory and operational duties as assigned by management
