Job summary

VAA FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and delivery operations in Singapore. You will supervise the team, coordinate manpower and schedules, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to work beyond hours including weekends or public holidays when needed. Experience in logistics is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate good communication and team management.
• Experience in logistics, courier or delivery operations is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and handle shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Assign and coordinate manpower and delivery schedules.
• Monitor daily collection, sorting and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery personnel and relevant parties.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and work performance.
• Ensure deliveries are carried out accurately, safely and on time.
• Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
