Job summary

SAN HUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure production targets are met.

You will work to optimize output and drive efficiency across the line, coordinating with operators and shift teams. Responsibilities include enforcing health & safety, maintaining housekeeping standards, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will set performance goals, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when needed

Responsibilities

• Leading continuous improvement projects
• Ensuring all operators are maintaining output levels in line with set targets
• Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & safety procedures
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans
