• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational processes to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support onboarding for new clients, advisors, and partners by ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation with accuracy.
• Monitor and follow up on operational workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks and service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Assist in implementing new operational procedures, systems, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support for projects, events, and business initiatives as required.
