Job summary

ASSURANCE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Operations Professional in Singapore to support daily business activities, liaise with stakeholders, and drive data accuracy across multiple projects.

You will identify opportunities for efficiency, implement improvements, and collaborate with a team to ensure smooth workflows and timely reporting. Immediate start favorable; financial services industry exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Mass Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support operational tasks.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, meticulous, able to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Ability to start work immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations activities to ensure seamless workflow and business continuity.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email to facilitate coordination and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness to enhance efficiency.
• Collect, monitor, and follow up on accurate data and information to support decision-making and reporting.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects independently to meet deadlines and business needs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned to support team objectives.
