Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Operations Specialist based in Bangkok, Thailand, to support our B2B partners and the Commercial team. You will handle operational requests and coordinate projects across contracting, payments, and partner experience.

You will lead by example with a positive can-do attitude, drive process improvements, and maintain high service levels while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Global Operations.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle operations tickets inbound from Commercial teams and Partners.
• Drive medium-sized projects to improve efficiency, quality and partner experience.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy & Fraud, Finance and Accounts Payables.
• Apply critical thinking and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Share knowledge across teams and document best practices.
• Maintain high service levels per SLAs and train new team members.
