Job summary

• Support automation projects to streamline manual activities and boost effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data, trends, and metrics to gain actionable insights.
• Assist in evaluating risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies; develop recommendations.
• Participate in improvement/transformation projects across planning, testing, implementation, monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address operational challenges.
• Support ad-hoc risk, quality, and service-improvement initiatives.
