is seeking a hands-on Operations & Quality Executive to coordinate daily operations, ensure timely job completion, meet customer requirements, and drive continuous process improvements in a small company environment. You will organize personnel and resources, monitor outstanding tasks, lead internal audits for ISO 9001:2015, and communicate with customers and suppliers to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating daily operations to meet customer requirements.
• Hold or complete bizSAFE certification or training.
• Experience in semiconductor, precision engineering, parts cleaning, or related industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely job completion and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors, rework, and manual work, enhancing productivity.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflow and minimize disruptions.
• Organize and manage personnel and resources to achieve operational objectives and optimize productivity.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion and resolution of issues.
• Lead internal audit activities and maintain compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to address operational matters and uphold service quality.
• Manage multiple operational responsibilities in a small company environment with adaptability and efficiency.
