Job summary

UMS SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality leadership professional to represent and manage ISO9001, ISO14001 and related quality certifications.

You will implement and maintain the factory’s audit system, oversee calibration of test equipment, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• Managerial experience with min 5 years hands-on quality experience in manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS.
• Experience conducting or managing internal, supplier, and external audits.
• Ability to manage QA/QC teams, train employees, set quality objectives, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Represent, maintain and prepare company for ISO9001, ISAT certifications and other quality system certifications.
• Implement, develop and maintain a system of auditing the factory and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
• Perform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis.
• Formulate strategies, standards and procedures for quality system and drive implementation to achieve KPI
• Manage & address customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs
• Work closely with customers, internal cross functional teams and suppliers to meet quality requirements and drive continuous improvements
• Lead and monitor QC inspections and coordinate internal and 2nd/3rd party audits
• Drive preventive actions to avoid nonconformities and ensure compliance with requirements
• Coordinate quality documentation and training, and act as management representative for the company
