Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking a QA Administration professional to support the Quality Manager and Engineers in maintaining the ISO 9001 QMS and quality records in Singapore. The role involves reviewing certificates, coordinating with vendors and customers, and ensuring documentation is up to date.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering diploma or degree, familiarity with ISO 9001, and strong MS Office skills to manage documentation and records efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering is required.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and QC.
• Familiar with inspection tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office for documentation.
• Meticulous and organized with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off material certificates and test reports.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on certificate matters.
• Support Quality Manager and Engineers with quality administration.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 QMS.
• Coordinate Third Party Inspection (TPI) activities per project schedules.
• Ensure calibrated measuring equipment is used and logs updated.
• Maintain QMS documents, work instructions, procedures, and forms.
• Update customer specs and international standard specs with latest revisions.
• Compile quality dossiers and check completeness before submission.
• Support process studies to improve efficiency and methods.
• Maintain training records and retention of quality records.
• Support KPIs, 5S, Safety, Quality, and Code of Business Conduct.
• Participate in Total Quality Management and Lean programmes.
