Job summary

FSK Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality function in a precision engineering manufacturing setting. You will drive the quality management framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and spearhead continuous improvement across production operations.

The role requires overseeing QA/QC procedures, 5S initiatives, data-driven quality improvements, and strong leadership of a QC team. On-site work location is Woodlands, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to review data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing QC teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiar with multipoint cutter, miller, grinding wheel and EDM machines

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Department and maintain a robust quality management system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure product and process quality.
• Oversee and enforce 5S and other workplace quality standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
• Train, supervise, and motivate QA/QC personnel.
• Ensure consistent application of quality standards and effective inspection and packing processes.
