Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Business System Analyst to support the implementation of a treasury back-office system for an international bank. The role focuses on gathering requirements, validating data, and ensuring system readiness across FX, Money Market and Securities operations.

The successful candidate will work with the Lead BA, Treasury Operations and HO teams to document business needs, validate data mappings and drive UAT, testing, and migration

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in system testing and UAT, including preparation of test scenarios, test cases and defect tracking.
• Experience supporting data migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation and source-to-target comparison.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and investigative approach.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, functional and testable specifications.
• Attention to detail in data accuracy and system outputs.
• Effective stakeholder communication and coordination across business and technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, track issues and meet project milestones.
• Ownership of assigned requirements, testing and migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead BA in the implementation of a Treasury Back-Office system for an international bank.
• Work with Treasury Operations, Head Office, internal IT teams and stakeholders to gather, clarify and document business requirements.
• Analyse FX, Money Market and Securities products, including Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, MM Lending/Borrowing, Bonds and Bills.
• Analyse product configurations, reference data and operational parameters.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, requirement traceability docs and issue logs.
• Investigate functional issues by analysing business scenarios, transaction data, system outputs and interface information.
• Document findings and coordinate with users, HO and IT teams to resolve queries.
• Review interface specifications, field mappings, message formats and processing rules.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Banking, Finance or related discipline
