Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is hiring a operations leader to report directly to the CEO. You will manage day-to-day operations across government and non-government projects, optimise workflows, and ensure service delivery meets contractual and client expectations.

You will oversee HR, compliance, tenders, risk and safety, while coordinating with the Ops team to maintain equipment and vehicles and to drive continuous improvement across all functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations management or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; report to CEO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across government and non-government projects administratively.
• Work with Ops team to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Ensure proper use of digital field service management software.
• Maintain safety and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Oversee recruitment with HR and external agencies; ensure safety compliance.
• Support business development with tender preparation and client meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and government policies.
