Job summary

SLNG - Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Owner Representative to drive safe, operable and reliable project outcomes. You will coordinate with Operations, Projects & Development, procurement and construction teams from concept through handover, ensuring quality and alignment with operational needs.

You will lead planning, resourcing and risk management across multi-project portfolios while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering on targets in a complex

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years operations experience and 5+ years as project manager for major projects (> $100M).
• Experience in LNG or cryogenic processes preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines, procurement and construction drivers.
• Knowledge of management of change and technical integrity.
• Proven leadership with ability to manage complex tasks in a team context.
• Motivated, goal-oriented with drive to deliver against targets.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control.
• Excellent communications and influencing skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs from Operations to ensure projects are safe to operate.
• Collaborate with Projects & Development from concept to final investment decision.
• Ensure LNG terminal safety and reliability during project execution.
• Provide regular project progress reports to VP, Operations.
• Develop resourcing plans with Operations Managers and HR for project staffing.
• Coordinate all project activities with the Operations team.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development of team members.
• Foster a positive, proactive work environment built on integrity.
