Job summary

SLNG - Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned HSSE Lead to support the TPD Construction Team in delivering and sustaining HSSE KPIs across all project phases. You will engage with EPC contractors and internal stakeholders to enforce standards, drive safe behaviours, and maintain an incident-free construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 8–10 years’ HSSE lead experience in marine/oil&gas or petrochemical sectors.
• Proficient with SHMS such as SS651:2019 or ISO 45001:2018.
• Registered WSH Coordinator/Officer in Singapore MOM.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• On-site safety ambassador with conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive hazard identification and risk intervention.
• Deep understanding of managing EPC contractors on complex sites.

Responsibilities

• Review EPC contractor HSSE plans, RA, SWPs; oversee PTW system.
• Conduct daily site walks, weekly HSSE inspections, joint audits.
• Ensure emergency response plans and training programs exist and are understood.
• Establish barriers for safe work execution and control HSSE risks.
• Develop a culture of BBSO on site using data analysis.
• Oversee jetty upgrades, civil earth/piling, mechanical, piping hotworks, E&I cabling.
• Prepare monthly project HSSE reports including safety manhours.
• Organize safety campaigns aligned with upcoming construction activities.
