Job summary

Liminal Custody is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Operations to strengthen and scale our operational engine across risk, compliance, customer operations, process governance, and cross-functional program execution.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Compliance, Finance, and Leadership to ensure operational excellence, predictable execution, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced tech, fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with ClickUp, Notion, JIRA, HubSpot/Salesforce, or dashboards.
• Ability to bring structure to complex problems and own end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across multiple departments.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and approval frameworks.
• Manage high-impact cross-functional projects and report progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain operational dashboards and MIS; lead RCA for incidents and SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with custody, compliance, technology, and product for smooth operations.
• Lead adoption of tools and automation to scale finance, ops, and customer workflows.
