The Executive will assist in the day-to-day engineering operations and support in business licensing and compliance administration. He/She is required to properly update and maintain all relevant vehicles and equipment records, e.g. maintenance and servicing, repairs, season parking and VPC, etc. The Executive will also support the procurement of spare parts, equipment and consumables required for daily operations.
Assist in operations administrative support to ensure smooth recovery in the event of breakdowns involving the company’s vehicles and equipment.
Monitor and assist in arranging maintenance and servicing of all vehicles and equipment.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of season parking and VPC for all the company’s vehicles.
Raise Purchase Requisitions for equipment, spare parts and consumables required for operations.
Assist in the procurement of spare parts, equipment and consumables, including obtaining quotations, liaising with suppliers, following up on orders and ensuring timely delivery.
Receive incoming deliveries of equipment, spare parts and consumables purchased and check their quantity and quality against the relevant Purchase Orders before storage.
Perform stock take at the end of every month and maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, report writing, filing, etc.
Provide administrative support in business licensing and other compliance administration as assigned.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as various government authorities or consultants for business licensing and compliance administration matters as assigned.
Be the kick-starter for the renewal process and liaise with internal stakeholders for all necessary documentation in accordance with the required standards to ensure timely renewal.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Preferably minimum Nitec in any field.
Candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory or spare-parts management will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge and experience in SAP is required.
Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes, particularly for spare parts, equipment and consumables.
Good administrative, coordination and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory documentation.
