Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking a motivated analyst to support operational excellence initiatives across the organisation. You will help in operations planning, process improvement, and project coordination while contributing to meaningful change on Sentosa Island.

You will develop operational plans, maintain dashboards, and prepare regular reports for management review, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience from internships/projects in operations, analytics, or process improvement is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support operations planning by developing frameworks, schedules, and data research.
• Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and documenting flowcharts and maps.
• Coordinate projects: plan, schedule meetings, document minutes, track milestones.
