Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operations Planning to support the COO in translating complex performance data into actionable insights for capacity and resource planning.

You will collaborate across teams to provide leadership with visibility to plan confidently, shaping performance intelligence, capacity strategy, and cross-functional coordination that improves care delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant fields encouraged.
1–3 years in operations, planning, strategy or coordination; healthcare/public sector is a plus.
Strong administrative, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Strong written and communication abilities.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis.
Proficient with MS 365 apps including Copilot to prepare senior materials.

Responsibilities

Analyze organisational performance to inform leadership decisions and identify risks.
Develop planning frameworks, indicators and reporting to support capacity planning.
Coordinate division-wide initiatives and governance for visibility and alignment.
Provide secretariat support for meetings, track deliverables and decisions.
Build planning tools and materials to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
