Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an Operations Manager in Singapore to lead installation operations planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will collaborate with sales, PM, engineering, procurement, finance and field teams, manage forecasts, capacity, and continuous improvements across multi-project deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in business operations or planning, and expertise in ERP systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
10+ years experience in operational roles with planning, forecasting or S&OP in multi-project environments.
Experience with ERP and reporting tools; strong data analytics and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

Drive installation operations planning, forecasting and capacity/resource planning.
Lead S&OP reviews and cross-functional collaboration with sales, project management, engineering and field teams.
Define and track KPIs; implement standard operating procedures and project controls.
Oversee handover processes from sales to project and from project to service; ensure timely documentation.
