Job summary

The role also involves guiding advisors on company systems and workflows, and supporting administrative and business development projects. Candidates should have a diploma or higher, strong English skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Preferably Diploma holders and above.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experienced in financial advisory is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operational processes
• Ensure smooth and compliant case submissions
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
• Guide advisors on company systems and workflows
• Support administrative and business development projects
• Work closely with Business Development Manager
