Job summary

ComfortDelGro Rent-A-Car Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily hiring out of Taxi and PHC vehicles, driving revenue and smooth onboarding on the ZIG platform.

You will coordinate with teams, assist in user acceptance testing, and help optimize processes with automation and AI. Strong MS Office skills and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports and slides.
• Prior experience in customer service or operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily processing of hiring out of Taxi & PHC vehicles with target to increase revenue fleet.
• Furnishing of driver details to authorities for PHC/taxi vehicles summons.
• Manage drivers incentives and rebates payout.
• Coordinate onboarding (collection of vehicle, onboarding on ZIG platform) to ensure smooth processes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing of internal fleet management system enhancements.
• Review and propose changes to operations processes with automation and AI.
• Monitor driver enquiries via email/calls and address walk-in queries.
• Carry out any other adhoc duties assigned.

• Ensure daily processing of hiring out of Taxi & PHC vehicles with target to increase revenue fleet.
• Furnishing of driver details to authorities for PHC/taxi vehicles summons.
• Manage drivers incentives and rebates payout.
• Working with different teams to ensure hirer onboarding (not limited to collection of vehicle, onboarded on ZIG platform) process is smooth.
• Propose and participate in User Acceptance Testing of internal Fleet Management System enhancements.
• Review and propose and change the current operations process with the assistance of automation and AI.
• Monitor and following up with drivers' enquiries thru emails / calls and attend to walk in drivers queries.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned
