• Manage departmental budgets by reviewing financial reports and aligning spending with targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with HR to address skill gaps.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
