Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and design improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams daily to ensure resources are available and objectives are met.
• Manage departmental budgets by reviewing financial reports and aligning expenditures with revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with HR to address skill gaps and sustain employee motivation.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to evaluate business performance and inform stakeholders.
• Ensure all operations comply with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
