Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Directed Content team of Analysts across sectors. You will guide performance, develop talent, and ensure high-quality, relevant content by coordinating with Project Managers and Sector Leads.

You will also drive process improvements, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet evolving coverage goals and scale operations globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Directed Content Analysts aligned to sectors of coverage.
• Set and track performance KPIs for your team that balance output quality, relevance, and volume.
• Guide the professional development of Analysts under your supervision.
• Ensure library quality by partnering with Project Managers and Sector Leads to adjust research focus.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to define coverage territories.
• Hire and onboard Analysts.
• Partner with leadership to define coverage goals and align capacity.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledge resources.
