AlphaSense, a leading market intelligence platform, is seeking a Project Manager for Directed Content in Singapore. You will define research scope and angles within Technology, Media & Telecoms, recruit and onboard experts, and guide Analysts to ensure interviews and transcripts deliver high-value insights for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own your sector: Be the go-to expert in Technology, Media & Telecoms and track trends and themes.
• Drive research execution: Launch and manage projects aligned to client demand and priorities.
• Shape project strategy: Define angles, expert criteria, and vetting questions.
• Ensure expert quality: Review and approve expert profiles and provide feedback.
• Lead pod performance: Run regular team huddles and manage Analysts' workload.
• Deliver operational excellence: Monitor activity, scheduling, compliance, and engagement.
• Coach and develop Analysts: Provide guidance to elevate sourcing quality and results.
• Partner cross-functionally: Align with Directors of Research, Sector Leads, and Client Contributors.
• Build sector expertise: Refine knowledge resources and support onboarding.
