Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager (Construction/Architectural Fit-Out) to oversee daily construction and project operations at our Sungei Kadut site.

You will plan manpower, materials, equipment and resources, monitor schedules, coordinate logistics with suppliers and subcontractors, and drive cost efficiency through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project operations experience.
• Strong experience in manpower planning, logistics and inventory/material management.
• Experience in process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is advantageous.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for regular communication with overseas production counterparts who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
• Own vehicle is advantageous due to work-related travelling.

• Location : Sungei Kadut

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.45am – 6.15pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to S$6,500 + Transport Allowance S$800–S$1,000 + Variable Bonus + 14–18 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Duration : Permanent
