Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager (Construction / Interior Fit-Out) to oversee daily project operations, plan resources, and drive logistics and inventory management across sites.

You will coordinate Singapore operations with overseas production, optimize processes, and lead a team with Mandarin communication. A Diploma/Degree in construction or related field and 5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project operations experience.
• Strong experience in manpower planning, logistics and inventory/material management.
• Experience in process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is advantageous.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for regular communication with overseas production counterparts who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
• Own vehicle is advantageous due to work-related travelling.

• Position : Operations Manager (Construction / Interior Fit-Out)

• Location : Sungei Kadut

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.45am – 6.15pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to S$6,000 + Transport Allowance S$800–S$1,000 + Variable Bonus + 14–18 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Interior Furnishing / Construction
