Heart Springs Investment PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support execution and scale our business operations in Singapore. You will partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into practical, repeatable systems, guiding teams to perform at their best.

You will design scalable processes, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, mentor staff, and oversee vendor relationships to drive efficiency and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations in a fast-paced or growth environment.
• Strong analytical capability to leverage data for operational decisions.
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and change.

• Experience with digital transformation or process automation is a plus.
