Job summary

A&S GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manpower planning, and project coordination across sites.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams, monitor costs, schedules and compliance with MOM regulations, and prepare reports, quotations and monthly claims.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of operations management experience in construction.
• Experience in manpower planning, workforce management and project coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
