Job summary

SEVENS GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations/Construction Manager to oversee daily construction activities, coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
• Professional, punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed, with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction operations, project management, or site management.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, project planning, cost control, and resource management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, supervise teams, and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and site performance.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, BCA requirements, workplace safety and health standards, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to resolve project-related issues.
• Prepare operational updates to management.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve project delivery.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s personal affairs, business activities and operations, and discussions.
• Provide safe and timely transportation for the CEO to meetings, business appointments, and other designated destinations.
• Perform other driving-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
