Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple FMCG retail locations island wide, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability across all assigned sites
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and supply chain coordination to ensure optimal product availability
• Ensure all locations maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain consistent standards across all locations
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality service delivery
• Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements across the region
